It came straight from punk horses, or so we like to think, with the tassels available in autumn cinnamon, spring lime, and hot summer fuchsia. Sassy class all the way. The official animal of New Jersey (the state where designer Janet Mavec makes Orchard jewelry) is the horse.
New Jersey contained over 4,500 horse farms housing almost 40,000 horses.
You can visit the National Museum of the Morgan Horse in Middlebury, Vermont.

The famed 158-acre Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park contains works by Anish Kapoor, Andy Goldsworthy, Jaume Plensa, and Nina Akamu who was commissioned to finish a horse that Leonardo da Vinci had started five centuries earlier. The sculptor used da Vinci’s sketches to create a 24-foot horse, which had originally been commissioned by the Duke of Milan.
